Welcome to Go Goa Car Booking

By booking a vehicle with Go Goa Car Booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Eligibility

To rent a car, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old (some vehicles may require 23+ years).
• Hold a valid driving license for at least 1 year.
• Provide valid government ID proof.

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made online, via phone, or directly at our office.
• A valid ID and security deposit are required at the time of booking.
• Payment must be completed before vehicle handover.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit will be charged at the start of your rental. It will be refunded after inspection of the vehicle, provided there are no damages, late return charges, or violations.

4. Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles must be used only for lawful purposes.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or reckless driving is strictly prohibited.
• Vehicles are not permitted to leave the state of Goa without prior approval.

5. Fuel Policy

The car will be provided with a certain level of fuel and must be returned with the same. Failure to do so will result in refueling charges.

6. Responsibility for Damages

The renter is fully responsible for any damage, accident, or loss caused during the rental period. Insurance coverage (if applicable) will follow policy terms.

7. Late Return Policy

Late returns will be charged per hour. If the delay exceeds 3 hours, a full day’s rental charge may apply.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental date are eligible for a partial refund.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

9. Traffic Rules & Fines

All traffic fines, penalties, or legal violations incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.

10. Company Rights

Go Goa Car Booking reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or repossess vehicles in case of violation of terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms & conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Goa courts.
